mineral water production line consist of such systems,
1. Get preforms. The preform produced by PET injection machine and the preform mould. also need the auxiliary machines, like hopper dryer, auto-loader, water chiller, cooling tower, color mixture, crusher.
2. Get caps. there are 2 ways to make the cap, one by cap compression moulding machine, other one by the injection machine.
3.Make bottle. Use PET blowing machine to blow the preforms to get the bottle.
4.Purify the water by the water treatment.
5. 3 in 1 filling machine to wash the bottle, fill the water and cap the cap.
6. Labeling( PVC shrink/Hot Melt Roll-fed/adhesive sticker)
7. Packing to get the final product.
